The staff treated my husband with care and were very compassionate not only to him but to me as well and my family. They have extended to us more than what we expected. We will highly recommend their business to all our friends and relative in Los Angeles when they need hospice service. They have a very high degree of quality of service, very professional as well. Before picking a Hospice for our mother I did my research and read reviews. I was really impressed with what I read about Wings of Hope Hospice. We had other companies in the past which terrible, only in it for the money. Wings Of Hope Hospice is the best. Our family was so happy with the quality and attention our mother received. I would pick this Hospice a thousand times over. Every Hospice should model themselves after this Hospice, they’re loving, caring and compassionate. Lillibeth cares so much for those in her care. We could call her anytime day or night with any concerns or questions. She sat hours into the night with all of us to give the family a break. She sat by our mothers side the night mom passed. Afterwards she prepared our mother, and contacted Forest Lawn to pick her remains up. We are forever grateful to Wings Of Hope Hospice, especially Lilibeth and her amazing staff.

As Mom entered end-stage Alzheimer’s it became an all-hands-on-deck situation at home to keep her clean and comfortable and ward off infections and pressure wounds. Non-hospice doctors and nurses didn’t seem to understand the challenges of late Alzheimer’s and couldn’t be bothered to spare the extra time and effort needed to truly help her (and us). The decision to shift to hospice care was difficult for our family, but Lilibeth and Jezebel and the whole team made it so easy for us to keep Mom comfortable at home and help her through this final chapter with dignity and love. One Saturday Lilibeth came over off-schedule to deliver and demonstrate administration of eye medicine, then she stayed another hour to treat Mom’s hands and feet for effects of dehydration. There are so many little things family members can’t know to look for as the human body starts shutting down, and it was a miracle to have a whole team who arranged all the equipment and support we needed at this impossibly sad time. Wings of Hope Hospice has our everlasting gratitude.

During the most difficult time of our life, Wings of Hope Hospice, Inc, provided the best care possible for our father. Lilibeth and her team went above and beyond to keep our father comfortable. Their eforts were bound to be exceptional from out family. From day 1 of hospie care through the final evening. Lilibeth and her team were available for our father and our family. The communication and care were beyond our expectations. Thank you.

I was not knowledgeable about all that was available to our family in caring for my husband during the final 6+ months of his life until God sent us an angel in the form of Lilibeth and Wings of Hope Hospice. She was very encouraging and attentive to his physical and emotional needs and gave as much quality to these final months as could have been possible. She anticipated his needs and provided us with everything he required along the way. She was a nurse, a friend and an angel and helped me beyond anything I could have done on my own. We will never forget her love and sacrifice

Lilibeth and her team were amazing to our grand mother. We were blessed that she has recovered and was released from hospice. The only negative is we don’t get to see Lili and her team anymore. We are grateful for the excellent communication, kindness, promptness, and all around just kind hearts. When we are back to being in a hospice situation, we will definitely bring Lili and her team back. We love Lilibeth, Jez, Merlyn. Such kind people.

I was most impressed with the love in the care of the patient. Excellent, outstanding, superb, very professional. I am forever greatful for the support that my family received from Wings Of Hope in the care of my mother the love that was shown to her was beyond compare, I would not have been able to make it through what it takes to care for a love one in their final days had it not been for their knowledge, concern, and hands on support that was provided by Lilibeth , Nicole, Jazmane, Merlyn, Marcos. Wow…. What an AMAZING GROUP OF INCREDIBLE PEOPLE!!! As difficult as this is, I am fortunate to be able to write this review. My most Darling, Amazing Momma came under the care of Wings of Hope Hospice approximately 30 days go. My Momma now rests with the Lord… Yet, I am able to say that Lilibeth, Pastor Marc and the entire Wing’s Of Hope Team were simply Phenomenal. My sweet Mother asked to be anointed, and I asked her who, Mom, whom do you want… she said, “God Will Send Someone.” Not 5 minutes later, Angel Pastor Marc was ringing the doorbell… and our family received a blessing and experience — never to be forgotten. Lillibeth is nothing short of sent from God. … You are so sweet, so kind … Thank You, Thank You, Thank You for ALL that you did and that you do for these families. I am truly grateful and deeply appreciative! She brings smoothies that she makes herself, she is available 24/7! Seriously, 24/7! This is the first time we dealt with anything like this. I could not imagine being in better hands… Thank You, Wings of Hope! God Bless You and Your Business/Ministry… I Am Forever Grateful.

If I could give them ten stars I would. Everyone is amazing especially Lilibeth. She was available at all hours and my family can’t even express how much comfort and help she provided during the worst time of our lives. If it wasn’t for Wings of Hope, my mom would have passed away alone in a hospital. Because of them she was able to come home, and for that we are forever grateful.

Lilybeth, is a phenomenal care giver and human being. The level of service and dedication she brings to her job is, in my opinion extraordinary. With my Uncle, Lilybeth, provides an inclusive approach to his care, not just the medical protocols, but just as important she provides personal interaction that is so very important for my Uncle who has Dementia. Because of this condition he presents additional challenges not only with memory issues but also on occasion his behavior. She meets these additional challenges with compassion and is always looking to treat the root cause of any condition as opposed to jest treating the symptom. I am so thankful that she was assigned to my Uncle.

Our family has been privileged to have Lilibeth and her crew care for both our mom and our dad. Under Lilibeth’s care Dad was able to thrive and was released from hospice after one year. When Mom’s health suddenly took a downturn, Lilibeth was with us every step, even staying overnight with her just before she died so family could get some sleep. Lilibeth is kind, professional, and available. Her crew is pleasant, caring, and knowledgeable. When Dad’s health recently declined and he had to go back on hospice we asked him who he wanted to have by his bedside and without hesitation he replied, “Lilibeth!” The whole family is grateful for her and her team’s loving care. She keeps us informed and answers our questions. We trust her judgment to help us make good decisions for Dad. We unreservedly give Wings of Hope Hospice 5 Stars.

My parents have both needed hospice care. We were so fortunate to find Wings of Hope Hospice. Lilibeth and her staff have been a godsend for our family. They have brought such hope, positivity and real compassion when we have needed it most. Above and beyond our expectations. They respond quickly when called, seven days a week. I highly recommend these wonderful caregivers. They have become like family to us. :-)

We met Lilibeth at Rose Valley Board & Care; she was visiting our Dad. Our Dad’s health was deteriorating at another facility, as he was not being taken care of adequately. Lilibeth informed us that she was influential in having Dad transferred to Rose Valley Board & Care. The past three weeks, we have seen our Dad flourish at this new facility. Lilibeth explained in detail the reasons why Dad was so deteriorated at the other facility, Further, she informed us of the care Dad is receiving at this new facility, resulting in the amazing improvement. We are very confident Lilibeth cares deeply for Dad’s best interest and health. We personally witnessed her caring interaction with Dad and how well he responded to her. Additionally, Lilibeth interacts with the facility staff in a positive, caring, and professional manner. What a blessing Lilibeth is to Dad as well as us. She keeps us informed as to Dad’s progress, via text and pictures. Lilibeth is truly an “Angel” to Dad and us. God bless Miss Lilly!

These are the most amazing, caring people. They came in towards the end of my mother-in-laws illness, as we had to change hospice agencies. They made the transition smooth and easy — especially during a difficult time. They came when they said they would, the caregiver care was full of compassion and love as my mother-in-law was bedbound and in diapers. The RN’s came frequently and came immediately when we called for help. They communicated with each member of the family constantly and we were made to feel important in the hospice process of our family member. The Director, Lilly is a true Christian lady, and her laugh is infectious. She went beyond what was called for as a nurse and treated the patient as if she was her mother and the family members as her family. We could not have asked for a better agency to help us transition through this very difficult time. As a family, we highly recommend this agency :)
