I felt so comforted when hospice arrived, I was so relieved and at peace. My husband had been declining for a long time and I took care of him 24/7 with love and patience. Sept. 12th would have been our 69th anniversary. My only regret is that I didn’t notify hospice earlier. I was in denial. I feel a certain emptiness around me, I miss him so much…Time heals wounds and I will heal and find peace. Thank you for your wonderful service, never to be forgotten.
